George Blustein, 84, a Chicago employee for 63 years, died Friday in St. Francis Hospital, Evanston. Mr. Blustein spent his last 20 years of service at the Sulzer Regional Library. Survivors include a son, Neal; a daughter, Sandra Holtzman; a brother; and four grandchildren. Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the Independence Minsker Aid Society-Waldheim, gate 260, 18th Street and Harlem Avenue, Forest Park.
