HEARTY ADVICE: Clarissa (Melissa Hart), Nickelodeon’s dream teen girl, has her first video out just in time for Valentine’s Day. The video, “Clarissa Explains It All: Dating,” combines two of her Nickelodeon episodes plus new bits about Clarissa’s biggest dating disasters. And if you still have romance on your mind, you can also check out Nick’s new “Mushfest” video – goofy love tales featuring “Rugrats,” “Doug” and “Hey Dude.” Both videos run 55 minutes and are priced at $14.95.

ROCKIN’ FOR A GREEN WORLD: Rock’s latest for-a-cause collection, “Alternative NRG,” is supposedly the first album ever recorded and mixed almost entirely on solar energy. The album, set to be released today on Disney’s Hollywood Records, features new live performances by R.E.M., U2, P.M. Dawn, Annie Lennox, Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy, Soundgarden with Brian May, UB40, Midnight Oil and others. The money raised will go to the environmental group Greenpeace.
