Gregory D. Luckhaupt, 40, a music teacher at Schneider School in Chicago, died Sunday at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Mr. Luckhaupt, a Chicago resident, received a master’s degree in music performance from Northwestern University. He was the music director for Trinity Lutheran Church in Glenview. He formerly taught music at Loyola University and co-wrote the school’s current alma mater. Survivors include his father, David; his mother, Jean; a brother; his grandmothers, Kathryn Stout and Helen. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the John E. Maloney Funeral Home, 1359 W. Devon Ave. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
