Florence Garrou, 73, a retired beauty shop owner and operator, died Wednesday in her Gold Coast home. She opened her beauty shops in the early 1960s. Survivors include her husband, Robert; a daughter, Mildred Rosenbloom; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services for Mrs. Garrou will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of the Montclair Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 W. Belmont Ave.
