What a tragedy. Nineteen children living in squalor, or should I say being kept alive by their mothers who were obtaining government aid money?
What a perfect example of the end result of insensitive government programs. Two generations were destroyed and wasted by programs that rendered these families unable to see any monetary benefit in using their God-given talents to earn money from non-government sources.
And yet, what an example of how inept, insensitive, counterproductive and destructive these government programs can be. What a strong light this tragedy throws on our past mistakes and what not to repeat if we care about the next generation.
