For so many years I have been appalled by seeing societies crumble by lack of moral and family values and for children born into situations where they never should have.

I think it is apparent that childbearing should not be a right but rather a privilege. We need a national mandatory birth control policy.

Individuals should not be permitted to bear children unless:

1. They have a high school education.

2. They have been married at least one year.

3. They have employable skills and have been employed at least one year.

A national birth control policy would eliminate many of the social ills that we now experience.
