Four homes, including one display model, are left at Woodland Creek, a community being built by Bongi Development Corp. in Elgin.
The remaining inventory includes one Oak model, a 1,236-square-foot ranch with two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The display model has been reduced from $133,900 to $120,000.
Also available are three Maple floor plans, which are two-story homes with three bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. With 1,225 square feet of living area, they are priced from $106,900.

– Greenmeadows on the Park, a community of single-family custom homes in south suburban Mokena, has completed land improvements and is beginning sales, according to the builder, Avenue Homes.
Greenmeadows is planned for 50 homes, each of them on lots of about one-third acre. The two-story and ranch floor plans range from 2,500 to 3,600 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and priced from $194,900 to $234,900. Houses will be similar to those in the Barrington Square community in Mokena.

– Pine Creek in North Aurora has added an eighth floor plan at the development, according to the builder, Windham Deerpoint Joint Venture.
The Newbury, a 1,750 square foot two-story residence priced at $163,900, has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The seven other split-level and two-stories at the 233-home development range from 1,350 to 2,711 square feet and are base-priced from $137,900 to $204,900, with three or four bedrooms and one to 2 1/2 baths.

– The Woods of Oakhurst, a single-family development of 145 homes by RWS Development Corp., is in its final sales phase, offering 21 sites, of which eight have homes for immediate occupancy.
Five split-level and two-story floor plans are available at The Woods; square footage ranges from 1,840 to 2,350 square feet, with three or four bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garages. Base prices are $149,900 to $165,900.

– The Waterford at the Fox town house community in west suburban Batavia is offering a second fireplace free to buyers in the development’s final phase. Fireplaces in the living room are standard; the offer includes a second fireplace in the family room in the base price. Eight homes remain in the 35-home community, which is being developed by Waterford Real Estate Development Corp. Two two-story plans are available, each with three bedrooms and ranging from 2,216 to 2,526 square feet and base-priced from $204,990 to $218,990.

– Abbey Woods, a community of single-family homes in south suburban Frankfort, is reducing prices on all wooded home sites for a limited time, according to the builder, Frankfort Partners.
Prices on the home sites, ranging from one-third to 2 1/2 acres, are being reduced $5,000 to $20,000 below previously advertised prices, the builder says. The price is offered to buyers who break ground by the end of the year.
Home sites in the community (118 homes on 93 acres) cost $85,000 to $160,000 before price incentives; 10 sites have been sold, according to the builder. The homes are priced from $375,000.

– Another floor plan has been introduced by one of the builders at Sterling Manor, a community of single-family homes in Geneva.
D.R. Horton Custom Homes has purchased 45 sites at the development, which is planned for 164 residences. The homes are priced from the low $221,500 to $251,900 and include one-third acre lots.
The Tallsworth model, a two-story plan with four bedrooms and three baths, has 2,916 square feet and is priced at $243,000. It is one of six plans Horton offers.
