Robert B. Burns, 63, a longtime resident of Evanston and a data processing manager for Amoco Corp., died Sunday in the family’s home. Mr. Burns’ civic activities in Evanston included leadership positions with the American Legion, the Shrine and the Boy Scouts. He is survived by his wife, Audrey; a son, Paul; a daughter, Theresa; and a brother. Services will be held Wednesday in Mountain Home, Ark.
