Licensed: Microsoft Corp. announced plans to develop three original software titles for consumers using characters and animation licensed from Walt Disney Co. The first product to emerge from the agreement, “Mickey’s Carnival,” will include games and puzzles for children as young as 4, featuring Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and other Disney characters.
