Mildred Hertel, 94, of Libertyville, a homemaker and retired office clerk for Commonwealth Edison, died Tuesday in Lake Bluff Health Care Center. She was born in Beloit, Wis. She is survived by a son, Robert Gruenwald. Services were held Thursday in Libertyville.
