Julie Jarrett, 35, an administrative assistant for the Chicago Water Department, died Sunday at her home in Chicago. She is survived by husband Thomas and daughter Tracy Elizabeth. Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Holy Name Cathedral, 735 N. State St., Chicago. Services for Mrs. Jarrett will follow at 10 a.m. at the cathedral.
