Ford Motor Co. said its 1995-model Ford Contour, the successor to the Tempo, will start at $13,310 for the GL version, $13,995 for the LX and $15,695 for the SE when it bows this fall. The 1995 Mercury Mystique, which replaces the Topaz, will start at $13,855 for the GS version and $15,230 for the LS.
