Frances E. Feinberg, 75, a resident of the Near North Side, died Monday in Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She was vice president of the Joseph & Bessie Feinberg Foundation, which helps support the Feinberg Cardiovacular Research Institute at Northwestern University. She and her husband, Reuben, president of Jefferson State Bank, established chairs at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Ben Gurion University and The Technion, all in Israel. They also established a chair in ophthalmology at Northwestern University Medical School. Survivors, besides her husband, include a brother and a sister. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Piser Weinstein Menorah Chapels, 5206 N. Broadway. Services for will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Anshe Emet Synagogue, 3760 N. Pine Grove Ave.
