DeVry Inc. reported a 15 increase in fiscal fourth-quarter profits, to $2.7 million, or 33 cents a share, from $2.3 million, or 28 cents a share, a year earlier. For its fiscal year ended June 30, 1994, the Oakbrook Terrace-based operator of educational institutes said profits rose 22.3 percent, to $12.2 million, or $1.46 a share, from $9.43 million, or $1.13 a share, a year earlier.
