Pizza Hut Inc. and a California company launched a program to make it possible to order pizza by using a computer. Customers use the Internet to access a centralized server at Pizza Hut headquarters in Wichita, Kan. Pizza Hut is studying the feasibility of expanding the program beyond the Santa Cruz, Calif., area, where the pilot plan is being launched.
