Once again, director Oliver Stone has struck gold at the box office with his stunning contribution to the glorification of violence and mayhem: “Natural Born Killers.”
As if our youngsters have not been battered and bombarded enough by the media’s exploitive use of outrageously gruesome situations to prop up ratings, we can now await a surge of copycat teenagers ready and willing to duplicate a celluloid anti-hero’s sadistic antics, with no regrets or remorse.
Mr. Stone has proven himself a manipulative genius by a skillful process of brainwashing that must be the envy of the hounds of hell. Shame on the exuberant critics who bestowed “two thumbs up” or four stars to this amoral, artless piece of garbage.
