Christopher James Taylor, 44, of the South Side, a decorated Vietnam War veteran, died Wednesday in Westside Veterans Administration Hospital. Mr. Taylor enlisted in the Navy after high school. He earned the National Defense Service Medal, the Bronze Star and the Vietnam Campaign Medal. Mr. Taylor worked in his father’s business, Taylor’s Building and Maintenance. He is survived by his parents, James and Eugenia; and three brothers. Visitation will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Nash Funeral Home, 8620 S. Stoney Island Ave. Services will be at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
