The second and final phase has opened at Royal Hills Club, a condominium development at 3525 Cass Ct., Oak Brook.
Phase 2 will include 30 two-bedroom units with four different floor plans. They offer 1,660 to 2,100 square feet and are priced from $189,900 to $309,900.
Each model includes two bedrooms with walk-in closets, 2 or 2 1/2 baths, living room with wood-burning fireplace, and an outdoor terrace.
The 10 top-floor units in Phase 2 have vaulted ceilings and skylights.
Royal Hills Club is solid masonry, four-story building at the southwest corner of Midwest Road and 35th Street. Baker and Associates is the developer and builder of the project.
Construction on Phase 2 will begin this winter. The first buyers are expected to take residence in the fall of 1995.
Phase 1 is completely sold out.
– Wellington Park, a townhouse development in northwest suburban Palatine, has only six units left for sale.
All remaining townhouses are on premium lots that back up to the Palatine Hills Golf Course.
Ben-Cor Group, the developer, reports that 72 families purchased homes before the models opened in May. Now the models also are for sale.
Residences range in size from 1,386 to 1,848 square feet and in price from $143,500 to $191,500.
The two-story homes have two or three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and attached garages. All incude a wood-burning fireplace, volume ceilings, and kitchen appliances.
Wellington Park is located on Dundee Road, 2 1/2 miles west of Interstate Highway 53 in Palatine.
– Phase 1 of Ashbury Woods of Hinsdale, a 40-unit townhouse development, is 65 percent sold out and Phase 2 is now open.
The units are priced from $249,900 to $305,900. Three models range in size from 1,900 to 2,300 square feet.
Standard features include fireplaces, full basements, two-car attached garages, cathedral ceilings, brick exteriors, cedar shake roofs, central air conditioning and decks and balconies.
Ashbury Woods is located at Madison Street and Ashbury Drive in west suburban Hinsdale.
– Lakefront lots are now among the 40 remaining homesites being offered to single-family home buyers at Stonebrook in north suburban Gurnee.
Stonebrook, a golf course community being developed by Gurnee-based Westfield Homes, will include 704 single-family homes, coach homes and townhomes when complete.
A total of 101 single-family homes will be built at Stonebrook, ranging in price from $152,900 to $191,900.
Ten designs are offered and include both ranch and two-story designs, ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,580 square feet.
Stonebrook is located on Hunt Club Road, a half-mile south of Illinois Highway 132 in Gurnee.
– Home sites and an eight-unit condominium building are open for viewing at Paradise Island, a new $15 million residential development on Lake Wisconsin, on the south side of the Wisconsin River near Merrimac, Wis.
