Landmark Homes has begun sales Providence Oaks in north suburban Gurnee.
The community is adjacent to Providence Village, a neighborhood of similar single-family homes co-developed by Landmark.
Providence Oaks will feature homes priced from $199,500 to $268,820 . The development’s eight floor plans range from 1,536 to 2,800 square feet. Offered in two series, Signature and Legacy, homes include three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

– Sales are under way at Wheaton Crossing, a community of 133 single-family homes in west suburban Wheaton. Homes at the 44-acre community will be built by Concord Homes and Windham Homes.
Windham Homes will offer nine designs for the 64 homes it plans to build. The floor plans have 2,063 to 3,277 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or three baths. Base prices range from $247,400 to $400,000.
Concord will build 69 homes from its Legend Series, which has four floor plans ranging in size from 2,273 to 2,937 square feet. The homes have four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Base prices range from $245,990 to $269,990.

– Pre-construction sales are under way at the Greens series of single-family homes at Boulder Ridge in northwest suburban Lake in the Hills.
The Boulder Ridge community, being developed by Par Development Inc., will include approximately 533 homes in three neighborhoods when complete.
The Greens Series will include 177 homes in seven floor plans. The designs include one ranch and six two-story plans. These have three to five bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths. They are priced from $225,000 to $285,000.
