It does not surprise me that President Clinton is talking to Cuba regarding the tide of illegal immigrants. Let there be no misunderstandings to the American people, that this Democratic president who opened up talks with Vietnam and North Korea will do the same for Cuba.
Talks regarding illegal immigration is only the first step to eliminate the embargo against this communist state.
So much for our containment policy against communistic states in the past. History will only repeat itself until we finally learn from our mistakes of the past.
