The Ernst & Young professional-services firm named C. Lydon Neumann partner and Midwest region director of health care information technology consulting. Neumann was previously president of Ameritech Knowledge Data, a health-care software provider.

Neil D. Nicastro was appointed co-chief executive of WMS Industries Inc., sharing the position with Chairman Louis J. Nicastro. Neil Nicastro is also president, treasurer, chief operating officer and a member of the board.

Ronald J. Palenski joined the Chicago-based Gordon & Glickson law firm as a partner and head of its new Washington, D.C., office. Palenski is general counsel and senior vice president of the Information Technology Association of America Inc., a trade association for the computer software and services industry.

Bain Hogg Robinson Inc., a Boston-based commercial insurance brokerage and consulting firm, named Robin Lamprecht senior vice president of international business, responsible for multinational accounts in the central and western regions. Lamprecht is based in Chicago.
