South Suburban Hospital, a 325-bed hospital in south suburban Hazel Crest, has reached an agreement to affiliate with Oak Brook-based EHS Health Care, one of the Chicago area’s largest health-care providers. EHS and South Suburban have filed an application with the Federal Trade Commission for approval of the affiliation.
