Great American Management Investment Inc. said it declared a special dividend, of 90 cents a share, to be paid Jan. 3 to holders of record Dec. 16. Equity Holdings Ltd., an Illinois limited partnership controlled by investor Samuel Zell, chairman of Great American, owns about 72 percent of Great American. Great American owns Eagle Industries Inc., a diversified manufacturing company.
