I burned with anger after reading the article (Dec. 20) pertaining to the New Jersey Supreme Court ruling holding an auto insurance carrier responsible for injuries sustained in a drive-by shooting. This is just another example of our judicial system twisting and perverting a law and applying it in a manner that was never intended-an all-too-common occurrence these days. I find this type of convoluted thinking frightening.
