ITT Corp. said its $1.7 billion tender offer for Caesars World Inc. got approval from the Justice Department. The New York-based conglomerate still is awaiting approvals from Nevada, New Jersey and Canadian gaming authorities, which are expected by the end of January, a spokesman said.
