A hearing about a controversial apartment development has been delayed again at the developer’s request.
A hearing had been set for Monday regarding the Highland Landmark, a proposed 436-unit rental complex at Highland Avenue and 31st Street. The hearing apparently has been delayed until developer Trammell Crow can further examine the annexation agreement.
Trustees had granted Trammell Crow a continuance in November to allow the developer to study the project’s impact on schools.
