When First Alert was in the news, I called the company to compliment them on the way they handled the situation regarding their carbon-monoxide detectors.
Just the other day, I received a phone call from First Alert’s chairman and CEO, Malcolm Candlish, who thanked me for taking the time to express my thoughts. What a nice gesture!
