A souped-up automated teller machine under development might just be the ticket for concertgoers and bus riders.
The SuperTerminal, developed by TransActive Technologies Inc., would dispense tickets and also might allow people to pay parking tickets and utility bills, said company President Ida Cole, a former Microsoft vice president.
Cole, who also worked as an executive at Apple Computer Inc., said she expects to launch the SuperTerminal with a pilot project of about 12 machines in the Seattle area by late 1995.
