Kevin Kent Tester, 35, an engineer for Tellabs Inc. in Lisle and a resident of Chicago’s North Side, died Tuesday in Illinois Masonic Medical Center of complications from AIDS. He was a 1981 graduate of the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Survivors include his mother, Carolyn; and a brother. Services were Thursday in Evanston.
