Stanley Works’ board declared a regular first-quarter dividend of 35 cents a share, the company’s 400th consecutive quarterly dividend. The dividend, unchanged from last quarter and payable March 31 to shareholders of record March 13, marks 100 years of consecutive quarterly dividends by the New Britain, Conn.-based hand tool products firm.
