We’re delighted that the Tribune thought so highly of the quality of bottled water (“Testing the Waters,” Feb. 15) that you assembled a taste panel with some pretty impressive credentials, including a sommelier.
However, for clarification: Although most bottled water does not contain fluoride, we have been producing a bottled water with fluoride since 1946. The product is Nursery Drinking Water and is recommended by pediatric dentists and pediatricians to provide infants and small children with the recommended dose of fluoride to help prevent tooth decay.
