Waukegan police on Sunday were investigating the death of a man who was gunned down on 10th Street Saturday evening.
Noah Cowan, 20, of Waukegan, died of a gunshot wound in the stomach in St. Therese Hospital at 8:10 p.m., said Lake County Coroner Barbara Richardson.
