Amoco/Enron Solar, a joint venture between Chicago’s Amoco Corp. and Houston’s Enron Corp., is talking with India about building solar energy plants there. The joint venture already has proposed building a $150 million solar plant at a Nevada nuclear testing site and is studying building plants in China.
