An unidentified man toting a rifle and wearing a black stocking over his head robbed six patrons and the manager of a laundry of $160 Saturday.
Police said the man entered Arlington Market Laundry, 22 S. Dryden Ave., at 5:55 p.m., announced a holdup and ordered everyone not to move.
He then walked from person to person, ordering them to place all their money into a hat he was holding. The suspect left in a small red car that had paper covering the license plate, police said.
