Summer school in Queen Bee District 16 will run 23 school days, from June 19 until July 21.
Program options include English as a second language; tutoring for kids in kindergarten through 2nd grade; reading, writing and math for 3rd through 8th graders; computer classes; beginning Spanish; a class for 8th graders who didn’t meet graduation requirements; and a class for 6th and 7th graders who weren’t promoted.
