– Most believable witness
– Least believable witness
– Most “I-don’t-remembers”
– Attorney who requested the most sidebars
– Longest time on the witness stand
– Most insensitive cross-examination
– Witness who least understood what’s going on
– Funniest comment by anyone during the trial
– Best TV music-CNN or Court TV
– Witness whose future will benefit the most by TV exposure
Another good example of “more and more people will become famous for a shorter and shorter period of time,” or words to that effect.
