Phoenix Developers Inc. has begun sales at its River Ridge Estates community in southwest suburban Plainfield.
River Ridge Estates is planned for 84 single-family homes, ranging in size from 2,238 to 2,950 square feet.
The homes will have four or five bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
Homes are priced from $196,400 to $254,500 plus lot; land is priced from $48,000 to $64,000.
River Ridge Estates is on Plainfield/Naperville Road, one mile south of 127th Street in Plainfield.

Wexford is at Essington Road and Caton Farm Road in Joliet.

– Covington Knolls, a community of 444 single-family homes in southwest suburban Lemont, has begun sales.
The builder, Gallagher & Henry Inc., is offering 18 designs, base-priced from $199,900 to $279,830.
The homes range in size from 1,850 to 2,700 square feet, with three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 to three baths.
