Walgreen Co. says it plans to sell its Pre-Scribe computer software system, which links physicians’ computers and local pharmacies. The suburban Deerfield-based drugstore chain says it’s looking for an independent buyer that would own and market Pre-Scribe, with Walgreen pharmacies as a key participant.
