After four months of working without a contract, the Streamwood Village Board has approved a 3-year contract with Laborers International Union of North America Local 1011, which represents 15 non-sworn employees in the Streamwood Police Department.
The employees will gain a 3.5 percent raise this year, 3.75 percent hike next year and 4 percent in 1997. Unit 1 police are working without a contract.
