Frank E. Carroll, 66, a car salesman, city employee and longtime resident of the West Beverly Hills neighborhood, died of cancer Tuesday at home. Mr. Carroll was a salesman and manager at Cadillacs on Ashland for 30 years before working for the Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation and Fire Department as a blacksmith for 15 years. He was a veteran usher at St. John Fisher Catholic Church. He is survived by: his wife, Patricia; five daughters, Colleen Meehan, Patricia Smit, Kathleen Moriarty, Margaret and Maureen; two sons, Joseph and Frank; 11 grandchildren; two sisters; and three brothers. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. John Fisher Church, 102nd Street and Fairfield Avenue.
