The Marina Hotel and Conference Center in Jacksonville, Fla., has been put up for sale by New York Life Insurance Co., which said it has returned the 325-room facility to profitability.
New York Life financed the property but took it back in lieu of foreclosure in 1990. The hotel completed a $3.15 million renovation in 1993.
