Bob Davis, 78, a retired metallurgist and a former vice president of Perfection Tool and Metal Heat Treating in Addison, died Saturday in the Community Convalescent & Rehab Center in Naperville. He had been a longtime resident of Downers Grove. Survivors include his wife, Beth; a son, Robert; a daughter, Karen Freeman; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by the Cremation Society of Illinois, 2 Mid America Plaza, Oak Brook.
