Jacqueline L. Clark, 52, of Fox Lake, an employee of Baxter Healthcare Corp., died Friday in McHenry County. She was born in Chicago and lived in Fox Lake for more than 40 years. Survivors include a daughter, Laura Mead; three sons, Sean Olsen, Gary and Lawrence; four sisters; a brother; four grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren. Services were held Tuesday in Grayslake.
