A developer has landed a pair of tenants for his 10-acre office park near Fort Lauderdale, Fla., breathing life into the largest project of its kind in Broward County since the recession four years ago.

Veteran developer James V. Atria Jr. said that two Broward-based companies, Galacticomm and Tutor Time, have agreed to lease more than one-third of his 100,000-square-foot complex just off University Drive in Plantation.

The $10.3 million Atrium Office Park project, to be developed as four separate buildings, will provide corporate offices for high-tech companies, financial services and a day care center.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Fort Lauderdale office was responsible for delivering Atria’s first major tenant, Galacticomm, a growing software designer.
