Gerald Lalanda, 51, a former welder, died Sunday at home in Ingleside. He was born in Chicago and formerly lived in Morton Grove. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; a son, Joseph; a daughter, Valerie; his mother, Mary McLaughlin; a brother; three sisters and four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake. Services will follow at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
