Pearl E. Ward, 77, of Elston Nursing Home, died Saturday at Swedish Covenant Hospital. Surviving are her son, Joseph Jr. and a grandson. Visitation will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. Tuesday at the Symonds-Irving Park Funeral Home, 3800 N. Elston Ave., Chicago. Services for Mrs. Ward will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
