Netta Waters, 84, a North Side resident, died Tuesday in St. Francis Hospital in Evanston. She was a teacher for the handicapped in the Chicago Public Schools system for more than 40 years. She taught at Burr School and then at Courtney School. Survivors include her husband, Don, and a brother. Visitation will be at 11:30 a.m. at Piser Weinstein Menorah Chapels, 3019 W. Peterson Ave., Chicago.
