Larry D. Hill, 51, of Libertyville, the president of Sureway Tool and Die Engineering Corp. in Skokie, died Thursday in Rush North Shore Medical Center, Skokie. Survivors include his wife, Judith; his mother, Anajean Warkenthien; five daughters, Jamie, Jennifer, Julie, Jodie and Jill; a brother; a sister; and a granddaughter. Services were held Sunday in Libertyville.
