Petitions are available for trustee seats for Valley View Community Unit School District 365-U.
Trustee Beth Erickson has stated she will not be running for re-election. Also up for re-election are Trustees John Prehn and Kenneth McConnaughay.
Petitions, which must include 50 signatures from registered voters within the district, must be dropped off by Aug. 28 at the Administration Center, 755 Luther Drive. The election is Nov. 7.
