This is one way to stop passing the buck.

While the Beltway bunch in Washington is looking to replace the $1 bill with a coin, Westport, Conn., resident Ron Phillips has a different idea.

He thinks the government should replace the buck with the $2 bill, which is well-known around racetracks but rare elsewhere.

Phillips’ American $2 Bill Society says that besides being great for tips and at blackjack tables, $2 bills help the environment by cutting use of paper.
